My appreciation for good food started early — as a young girl watching my father make fresh pasta and ragù on Sunday afternoons, and helping my mother prepare sumptuous dinner parties at our family home in San Francisco. My passion for food and the role it plays in our lives led me to pursue a career in food and healing. A graduate of Bauman College of Nutrition and Culinary Arts, I emphasize the Eating for Health* system and longevity cuisine. Eating for Health has informed my passion for designing food plans tailored to the needs and preferences of the individual, with special attention given to seasons, aging, and health challenges.
I combine my chef training with a deep understanding of the healing power of foods. Herbs, spices, micronutrients and whole food compounds can be leveraged to support gentle detoxification and provide optimal nutrients to restore homeostasis in the body.
With over two decades of experience as a holistic chef I've acquired a knack for creating delicious and nutritious meals, supporting clients seeking to overcome health conditions, restore vitality, lose weight and enhance fitness. Eating for Health is a way of being in right relationship with food and animals. It’s a path to creating harmony within our bodies, our families, our communities, and with the earth.
